Kerala’s CM allows Dr Kafeel Khan to help out patients suffering from fatal Nipah virus

Dr Kafil Khan, who reportedly spent from his own pocket to arrange three oxygen cylinders at Baba Raghav Das (BRD) Medical College in Gorakhpur has been granted permission by Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayaour for the treatment of patients of fatal Nipah virus.
