Huge revelation in Mumbai attacks after 7 years: Home Secretary Madhukar Gupta was in Pakistan during attacks.

Through an RTI it has come to light that Home Secretary Madhukar Gupta was in Pakistan and along with him two other authorities were accompanying him. Hence, during the attacks nobody was in the country to take important decisions.

He was then sent to hill station Murree too where there were very weak phone signals too. Such a step is now being questioned.
