Heavy snowfall cripples life in many parts of Himachal Pradesh

Shimla and nearby tourist spots in Himachal Pradesh have experienced more snowfall in the past 24 hours, turning them even more picturesque. However, extreme cold conditions still persist with the mercury below zero degrees in many parts of the state.
