PSO Mahipal is accused of shooting down Judge's wife Ritu and son Dhruv. Where Ritu lost her life during treatment, Dhruv is in critical condition. Gurugram police revealed how PSO Mahipal shot both of them in the market area. Police claim that the accused has confessed his crime as well
