Gujarat Elections 2017: For 22 years people were misguided by BJP: Kapil Sibal

Just within minutes after Hardik Patel's press conference in which the Patidar leader said that the Congress has agreed to give reservation to the community, Congress spokesperson Kapil Sibal that his party has given the formula for reservation after due consideration.

"For 22 years people were misguided (by BJP)," Kapil Sibal added.
