Gujarat by-polls: Jolt to BJP, Alpesh Thakor loses

BJP has witnessed huge jolt in Gujarat by-polls. In the elections, BJP has been trailing and their leader Alpesh Thakor has lost the elections. On the other hand, Senior Congress leader and former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Thursday called on the opposition parties to form government, after the trends projected a hung assembly, with both Congress and BJP pitched in a neck-and-neck fight.
