GST reduced on 33 items, announces FM Arun Jaitley after council meet

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on the decisions taken in GST Council meet said, "In 28% slab, we are left with 34 items…many of them are luxury and sin items; six items, out of 34, have been removed from 28% slab”.
GST reduced on 40 items. On 33 items rate cut from 18 % to 12%,5%. On 7 items rates reduced from 28% to 18%.
