Girl harassed by hooligans in Bihar' Supaul

A girl was harassed by some hooligans in Bihar's Supaul. The incident came to light when its video got viral. The police was unaware of the incident and only came to know after this video surfaced on social media.
The girl bravely protested them and the people present over there remain as mere spectators.
