Ghanti Bajao: Kisan Congress to give Rs 17 DD to PMO as a mark of protest

All India Kisan Congress, the farmer front of the Congress party, will send Prime Minister's Officedemand drafts of Rs 17 from Tuesday in protest of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme announced by Finance Minister Piyush Goyal in his budget speech on Friday.
The 'Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi' (PM-KISAN) initiative will pump in Rs 7.5 lakh crore in 10 years for farmers, much higher than the Rs 57,000 crore farm loan waiver during the UPA rule, the BJP chief said.
