Ghanti Bajao: Is CBI probe enough for cases like Muzaffarpur and Deoria shelter home cases?

 Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday announced that the Deoria shelter home case has been transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Earlier, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also ordered CBI probe in Muzzafarpur Shelter Home Case.
