The Indian Army, on Tuesday, appealed to the Kashmiri youth to put down the guns and 'surrender'. Addressing a joint press conference of the Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Lt Gen Dhillon, Corps commander of Srinagar-based 15 Corps warned that 'anyone who has picked up a gun will be eliminated'.
