Ganesh idol makers suffer as they aren't trained to make eco-friendly idols

There are many Ganesh idol makers who depend on Ganesh Utsav for heavy income. But they have been using plaster of paris in order to carve an idol. These makers do not know how to make eco-friendly idols as they have not been trained for such art work. This is why their future seems to be going down the drain. 
On the other hand, government has banned the POP-made idols for better environment
