Full Speech: PM Narendra Modi in BHU, 'Kashi has changed in last 4 years'

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated various development projects of worth more than Rs 500 crore. He was delivering speech at a public meeting.
During his speech he said, "Kashi has changed in last 4 years. Not only Varanasi, but nearby villages are also getting access to development work. Kashi is now shining with led lights."
