Sushant Singh Rajput's fan writes to NHRC seeking theatrical release of Dil Bechara

An avid fan of Sushant Singh Rajput, Ashish Rai, wrote to National Human Rights Commission in order to get his last film released on the big screen.

Sushant Singh Rajput will be seen in Dil Bechara opposite Sanjana Sanghi. 

Ashish said, "Despite the tweet by music composer AR Rahman and wishes of millions of fans, the request to release the movie in the theatres has not been accepted. Hence I wrote to NHRC."
