Basu Chatterjee's mortal remains cremated in Mumbai

Renowned filmmaker Basu Chatterjee passed away in Mumbai on Thursday. He was 90-year old. The filmmaker's mortal remains were cremated at 'Shanti Sthal' in Santa Cruz, Mumbai in presence of his daughter, son-in-law and handful of relatives. 

Chatterjee is known for films like Chhoti Si Baat, Chitchor, Khatta Meetha, Shaukeen and Chameli Ki Shadi and Doordarshan TV series Byomkesh Bakshi.
