Delhi Police arrest 4 for chasing & verbally abusing Tv actress Prachi Tehlan

Four people have been arrested by the Delhi Police on charges of chasing 'Diya Aur Baati Hum' actress Prachi Tehlan. The actress was in the car with her husband when 4 people were following her car. The incident happened when Prachi and her husband were on the way back home after meeting relatives.
