Enough policemen were not sent for anti-encroachment drive, says litigant

Vijay Pal Singh Tomar had filed the PIL against the Mathura land where the police reached for anti-encroachment drive. He told how the police was not prepared and went for observing the situation but the illegal encroachers attacked there and then. He has accused that it was the higher authorities who did not support the police force.
