Delhi: Woman loots Rs 1 lakh of parlour owner within minutes

A woman looted Rs 1 lakh of a beauty parlour owner in Delhi's Nihal Vihar. The owner revealed how the woman came during afternoon and asked details about facial. Before getting the complete details, the culprit had left with the owner's bag. The owner, Nirmal, said that the bag had Rs 1 lakh and her gold ornaments.
