Brother of Bhim army's leader shot dead; internet services down as tension prevails

Sachin Walia, brother of Bhim Army’s Saharanpur president, Kamal Walia was shot dead by unidentified people. This has lead to tension in the western Uttar Pradesh. As a precaution, the government has shut down internet services.
