Blacklist Masood Azhar: UNSC to consider within 10 days

The United States, Britain and France proposed on Thursday that the United Nations Security Council blacklist the head of Pakistan-based militant group Jaish-e-Mohammad, which said it attacked an Indian paramilitary convoy in Kashmir, India. The proposal comes a day after India handed over to Pakistan a dossier on "specific details" of involvement of the Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) in the Pulwama. UNSC will have ten working days to consider the fresh proposal by three members
