Bihar chief secy gets notice in connection with Fodder scam

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court in Ranchi on Tuesday served notice to seven people, including Bihar Chief Secretary Anjani Kumar Singh, declaring them as accused in the fodder scam.
