Atal Bihari Vajpayee's inspiring story cannot be told in just 25 stories but ABP News has tried to do a little bit of justice to his amazing life. He was born in Madhya Pradesh's Gwalior. Atal Bihari Vajpayee did MA and planned to do LLB too. But before that only he began with journalism and public works. He joined RSS in 1939 after getting inspired from Baba Apte. 

Atal Bihari Vajpayee took part in Bharat Chodo Andolan along with Mahatma Gandhi. This is why he was sent to jail for 23 days. He was just 18 years old then
