Ashish Pandey surrenders, releases video saying 'I am being presented as terrorist'

Ashish Pandey reaches Patiala court to surrender. But before that he released a video to explain himself. He said that he was being presented as a terrorist. He did not deny the incident but said that the matter is being projected from one side only.
