ABP Results: First trends in favour of BJP in Maharashtra

First trends says Maharashtra Elections (4 out of 288 seats): Postal ballots being counted right now. BJP - 2 Shiv Sena - 1 NCP - 1. The much-awaited counting of votes started simultaneously on Thursday morning for all the 288 Maharashtra Assembly constituencies which voted on October 21, officials said here. In Maharashtra, the main parties in the fray are the BJP, Shiv Sena, the Congress and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). Assembly Elections in the state is said to be a close battle of two alliances: BJP-Shiv Sena on one hand, and the Congress-NCP on the other.
