Aarakshan 'Aamdani Badhao Yojana' Nahi Hai, says RJD leader Manoj Jha

The government today introduced in Rajya Sabha a legislation to give 10 per cent quota in state jobs and educational institutions for economically backward in general section.  

Reservation is not a poverty alleviation program like MNREGA States that this Bill is like throwing a stone in still water to see what ripples it creates, but it might create a wave which will wash you away: Manoj Jha, RJD
