20th Kargil Vijay Diwas: President Kovind to visit war memorial in Dras

India will commemorate 20 years of the Kargil War today. In a special tribute to heroes of the Kargil War, President Ram Nath Kovind will today join the celebrations at War Memorial in Drass, Kargil district in Jammu and Kashmir.
