2 to 3 terrorists believed to be trapped in Tral, encounter on

A fresh encounter broke out between terrorists and joint security forces on Sunday morning in Jammu and Kashmir's tral; hours after two terrorists were decimated in the valley in Shopian.

The encounter started at Midoora Tral area in South Kashmir.

On Saturday, two terrorists were killed in a brief gunbattle with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district, police said. The terrorists opened fire on a patrolling party of the Army from an orchard in Shopian, following which the soldiers retaliated, a police official said.
