Rajasthan: Governor Refuses To Convene Special Assembly Session; High Court Rejects BJP Plea

As the bitter power struggle continues in Rajasthan, Governor Kalraj Mishra has once again returned the file sent by the state government which requested him to allow the special assembly session. This was the second time the state government had sent a file to the Governor. In another development, the Rajasthan High Court rejected BJP MLA Madan Dilawar's plea against the merger of six BSP MLAs into Congress.
