TikTok is Working in India Even After It Was Banned?

Smartphone users in India are still using the banned Chinese app TikTok through an APK link which has been circulated widely through social media. However, it seems to be an unofficial version of TikTok which may have been developed to bypass protocols of the Indian service providers.
