Over 13,500 Vivo Smartphones Active On Same IMEI Number, Case Filed

A case has been registered by the Meerut police against Chinese smartphone maker Vivo after it was found that company's over 13,500 handsets were active on the same IMEI number. Prima facie it appears to be negligence on part of the mobile phone company and criminals can use it to their advantage, police said.
