Is Snack Video A Chinese App?

The government has banned over 200 Chinese apps over security concerns in the last three months. Popular apps like TikTok, PUBG Mobile, UC Browser, SHAREit, WeChat, and Shein were there in the list of apps that were blocked. However, there some other Chinese apps that escaped the government's wrath and survived the ban. One such app is Snack Video.
