SC Issues Notice To Center On Setting uniform Grounds For Divorce In All religion

The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Center demanding a uniform basis for divorce in all religion in the country. The court has also sought an answer from the government on the demand for a similar arrangement of alimony in the event of a marital dispute. Watch this video to know more.
