Hindu Body Moves SC On Kashi, Mathura Temple Claims

'Vishwa Bhadra Pujari Purohit Mahasangh, a Hindu organisation has moved the Supreme Court to challenge a provision of a 1991 law that provides for maintaining the "religious character" of holy structures as existed on August 15, 1947. The law does not allow the conversion of a temple into a mosque and vice versa.
