Hathras Case: SC Verdict - Allahabad HC Will Monitor CBI Investigation, CRPF Security Given To Victim Family

The Supreme Court has handed over the responsibility of monitoring the CBI investigation of the Hathras case to the Allahabad High Court. The Supreme Court asked the CBI to submit the status report of the investigation to the High Court. The court refused to give any order for transferring the case to Delhi.
