In 1975, the Supreme Court issued a notice on declaring the Emergency by Indira Gandhi as unconstitutional. The Supreme Court said that it has to be seen whether it can be done after 45 years. The petitioner is 94-year-old Veera Sarin. She has told that her husband, who traded precious gems, was arrested illegally. What is the entire issue?
