The Supreme Court has today announced the punishment of imposing a fine of one rupee on senior advocate Prashant Bhushan in the contempt case. The Supreme Court has said that Prashant Bhushan will have to pay a fine of one rupee by September 15. The apex court has also said that if Prashant Bhushan does not submit the fine, he will be banned for three months in jail and his practice for 3 years.
