Prime Minister Narendra Modi was in Punjab for a rally but he could not hold it because of the bad weather conditions. This is why PM Modi thought of cancelling the rally and returning to Delhi. When he was on his way, he was stuck for more than 15 minutes on a highway as his way was blocked by few farmers.
