Delhi Police SI Sandeep Dahiya who shot two people on the streets using his service pistol has been arrested by the Delhi Police. This arrest has been made in a very dramatic way. Dahiya has was arrested by the Special Staff of North District. The service pistol and car have also been recovered from him.
