China offers Defence Ministry level talks with India to resolve border dispute | Namaste Bharat

India has received a proposal from China on the diplomatic channel regarding the meeting of two defence ministers. China has sent a proposal for a bilateral meeting of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and the Chinese Defence Minister on the margins of the meeting of SCO Defence Ministers in Moscow, Russia's capital. However, India has not yet sent its approval for this meeting.
