The Vice President of India and the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, Venkaiah Naidu got emotional today. Venkaiah Naidu expressed his disappointment, saying that some members threw a book (rule book) towards the Chair inside the House and created a ruckus. He added that it has caused a huge blow to the dignity of the House.
