The agitating farmers are still adamant about their demands over the Farm Laws. The Farmers have refused to put forward their demands in front of the committee formed by the Supreme Court over the concerns of partisanship as members reportedly declared support for the legislation earlier.

On the occasion of Lohri, the agitating farmers once again set ablaze the copies of the farm laws in its protest. The Farmers' protest has entered its 49th day but the deadlock still continues.
