Former Punjab chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh has confirmed that he won't be staying with Congress and also dismissed speculations of joining the BJP, a day after he met Union home minister Amit Shah at Shah's residence in New Delhi. Now, after Navjot Singh Sidhu' also resigned from the post of PCC, the main question arises, who will be the NEW FACe of Congress in Punjab.
