Gurugram: Man who kidnapped minors and raped them arrested | Sansani

A man used to kidnap young girls in order to rape them and then kill them. The incidents took place in Gurugram where the accused used to kidnap or lure the minors on pretext of sweets. The accused had been doing such criminal activities consistently. Now, the serial rapist has been arrested by the Gurugram police.
