The first thing that comes to our minds when thinking of Japan is innovation and technology. The country has once again captured people's attention as a video of an unique innovation from the island nation has gone viral on the internet. In the clip shared on the microblogging site Twitter, a civic employee in Japan is seen wearing a fan-equipped shirt. Yes, you heard that right.

Twitter user @Rainmaker1973 in the post explains, "Japan is seeing the rapid spread of work clothes that aim to protect against heat. The fans attached to the clothes suck outside air, evaporating sweat, thereby releasing heat through vaporization and cooling the body".

These shirts are equipped in such a way that they are able to draw in outside air, leading to evaporation of sweat from the body.
