Performing any kind of a stunt on a vehicle in the middle of the road could not only prove to be dangerous for the person involved but also for the public. However, there are people who pay little heed to it and dare to do such stunts. A video of a couple in Uttar Pradesh engaged in Public Display of Affection (PDA) on a speeding bike has gone viral on the internet.


In the video shared on X, formerly Twitter, by @yauvani_1,  a woman is seen tightly hugging a man while sitting on the tank of a bike which is moving at a substantial speed. Surprisingly, neither of them is wearing a helmet, thereby putting their lives at risk.

As soon as the video was shared online and came to the notice of Hapur police, the couple were fined under the the Motor Vehicles Act.


The police  imposed a a fine of Rs 8,000 on the couple. Later, the Hapur police also tweeted a picture of the challan and wrote, "Photos of a couple doing stunts on a bike on the National Highway under Simbhaoli police station area went viral on social media, taking immediate cognizance #Hapurpolice issued a challan of ₹8000/- for the said bike under the MV Act. A legal action is being taken by @Uppolice."


According to the Hapur police tweet, the incident occurred on National Highway 9 which falls under the Simbhaoli police station.
