New Delhi: All of us have our favourite heroes from comic strips and we have often found ourselves imagining different adventures with our most-loved characters. But what if we found Peter Parker walking out of the comic books and walking, or rather jiving to some scintillating country music? Well, this is exactly what happened in Bengal.
A video has gone viral on the social media, showing an anonymous person dressed up as our favourite superhero Spiderman, dancing at a market in Shantiniketan’s Sonajhuri. He can be seen shaking a leg with some other tribal women to a foot-tapping Santhali rhythm.
The video was first posted by Instagram influencer Mr Spider, who often treats his followers to similar hilarious videos. He dresses up as the Marvel character and visits different places, meeting different people from time to time.
The speciality of his posts is, of course, his attire and the fact that Mr Spider can reach almost anywhere dressed as the Marvel character. The video, that was initially shared on Mr Spider’s Instagram handle, was later posted by Kolkata's illusion.
The viral video, captioned ‘Mr Spider is enjoying at Sonajhuri and vibing with shaotaal naach’, has so far garnered over 44,000 views.
In the video, the anonymous man dressed as Spiderman, can be seen dancing to some Santhali folk music along with other tribal women. The video was recorded at a marketplace in Shantiniketan’s Sonajhuri.
The viral video has left netizens in splits with the comment sections flooded with ROFL emojis and funny comments from Instagram users.
While one user wrote, “Made my day”, another commented “Spiderman in chappal was epic.” A user wrote, “Spiderman get lost from home.” Another commented, “I think it’s Mr Spider who told news reporters, he came to multiverse, marvel studios.”
