Love knows no bounds, and a man in Punjab went on to prove this right after he decided to help his girlfriend with her exams, but the wrong way. Angrez Singh, from Punjab's Fazilika decided to disguise himself as his girlfriend to appear for a multi-purpose health workers exam.
Decked out in red bangles, a bindi, lipstick, and ladies slawar kameez, Singh was ready to outsmart the officials, not caring about the comic outcome, and less about landing into legal trouble. He did not stop here but also got fake voter and Aadhar cards to prove he was Paramjit Kaur, the actual candidate supposed to take the exam and Singh's girlfriend, according to a NDTV report quoting police as saying.
The exam was scheduled to take place on January 7 and Singh, in what he believed to be a foolproof plan reached the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences at DAV Public School in Kotkapura. However, the university officials were quick to get the wind of the charade who filed a police complaint against Singh.
The man's plan was going fine until the fateful moment where his fingerprints failed to match those of the genuine candidate on the biometric device, the NDTV report added.
Unfortunately, Kaur's application was turned down by the administration and a legal action was initiated against Singh.
The incident has however left netizens in splits who have found a new relationship goals in the entire episode.
