Nagaland Tourism and Higher Education Minister Temjen Imna Along, an avid social media user known for his amazing sense of humour has once gain captured the attention of users by sharing his love for golgappas, a popular Indian street food snack.
Along shared a picture of himself indulging in a plate of golgappas on microblogging site X, formerly Twitter, and commented on the affordability of the street food and its universal appeal. "Whatever you say, your star is street food, both in price and in its functionality!" read the caption of the post shared by the minister.
In the picture Along can be seen wearing a blue coloured shirt and eating golgappa at a roadside.
Since being shared, the post has amassed more than 2 lakh views, over 11,000 likes and tons of comments.
"Kuch bhi kah lo, apna star to @AlongImna sir i hay, politics may bhi aur meme ma bhi," commented one user one the post.
"That golgappa is looking so tiny in your hand," another user joked.
"Yes very right sirji,street food has own taste which can't be matched by big one," wrote a third.

Gol gappa is a popular street food in many parts of the country. This street snack has even crossed borders and appeared on international cooking shows such as MasterChef Australia. Though it is known by various names such as pani puri and puchka, the concept remains the same. It has a smorgasbord of flavours, including tangy, spicy, sweet, and sour.
