Have you ever lost or misplaced your belonging while trvelling in a metro, bus or a train? The chances of being able to find it is mostly bleak. But a heartwarming post shared on the microblogging site Twitter by a user detailing how she found her lost iPhone has gone viral. The Twitter thread highlights the efforts of rickshaw drivers and a Swiggy delivery executive in helping the woman find her phone.

“I lost my phone this morning. iPhone 12 mini, which I’ve had for about 2 years. I was going up the escalator at the Versova Metro station, when I reached into my bag and had my ‘wait a minute where the fuck is my phone???!’ moment. Heart sank,” read the  first tweet of the long thread shared by @historywali.

In the subsequent tweets, the woman explained how rickshaw drivers and a delivery person went out of their way to help find her lost phone. The woman was finally able to find her iPhone through a Swiggy food delivery executive named Rahul Kumar who found it lying near Versova metro station.

The Twitter user concluded by saying, "A few days ago, someone who has recently moved to the city had tweeted here asking why we love Bombay despite the shit infra, high rents, all of it. This is why. I am tweeting this thread from my phone which I lost this morning, to find again, thanks to Mumbai & her people."
