Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Awanish Sharan is well-known for sharing interesting content on social media platforms. His posts on the microblogging site Twitter often garner significant amount of views and likes from his followers. This time, the IAS officer has shared a video on the internet that captures a beautiful moment of an Indian student achieving academic success abroad.
The clip shared on Twitter by Sharan shows an Indian student walking up to the stage to receive his degree at a university wearing a traditional dress - dhoti and kurta. But what captures the attention of the IAS officer and the user is the Indian flag the student unfurls after receiving the degree. As he unfurls the flag, there is a big smile on his face. One can also see people sitting in the auditorium appreciating the gesture.
